Our menu changes twice a year to take advantage of the abundance of seasonal produce available in the beautiful South West. We hope you enjoy perusing the menu and take the time to visit one day soon.
* Thai Beef Fillet Salad
Tender fillet marinted in Thai herbs and served warm over rice noodles, greens and tomatoes. Topped with a peanut/shallot mix. Mild chilli.
* Atlantic Salmon Roulade
Tossed in rice flour, paprika and black pepper then panfried in olice oil. Served over a zucchini and rice noodle pancake and drizzled with lemon grass aioli. Served with a crispy side salad.
Brandied coffee soaked sponge fingers layered with mascapone and topped with cream.
The ultimate Italian dessert.

Spicy Malay 'main meal in a bowl'.
Rice noodle and 8 prawns in a mild chilli, spicy coconut milk broth.

Pasta — Smoked Chicken, Bacon and Mushrooms
Smoked chicken, bacon mushrooms & cherry tomatoes in a basil pesto (cashews) cream sauce. Served over fettuccine and topped with parmesan cheese. (GF or Vego available)
Tart — Sweet Potato, Chevre and Smoked Salmon
Sweet potato in a short crust pastry topped with chevre, roast artichokes and Tassie smoked salmon. Served hot with a plum sauce and crunchy side salad.

* Pork Kassler (Special!!)
Succulent pork cutlet served hot over garlic mash potato
and a red beet slaw. Served with mustard and an apple and dill gherkin relish.
(if you like bacon you will LOVE this German dish!)
Minimum 200g and cooked to your liking, served over garlic mashed potatoes and tossed salad, with either garlic or roast capsicum butter or a peppercorn sauce.
(We bribe the local butcher with our Port to get this Fabulous Fillet!!)
