If you’ve been before, you know it. If you haven’t yet — this is the one.
Our Truffle Experience isn’t just another dinner. It’s an immersive winter evening built around connection, flavour and place — bringing together truffle, wine, firelight and a long table at Hidden River Estate.
The evening begins with a glass of our Blanc de Blanc Méthode Traditionnelle and a selection of truffle-inspired gourmet bites to set the mood.
Then it’s off to the truffle grove, with umbrella and gumboots in hand, where you’ll join our expert truffle hunter and dog and experience the thrill of uncovering black gold beneath the soil.
There’s something special about seeing where the truffle comes from before it reaches the plate. It makes the evening feel that little bit more connected to the season — and somehow makes everything taste even better.
