As part of the Northcliffe Bee Festival, Hidden River Estate invites you to join us for an exclusive Bee Long-Table Evening—a celebration of spring, exceptional local produce and the remarkable role bees play in the landscapes and flavours of the Southern Forests.
Gather around our communal table for a thoughtfully curated four-course degustation dinner, inspired by the abundance of the season and the incredible work of bees. Rather than focusing on a single ingredient, this experience celebrates the diverse produce, blossoms and natural bounty that bees help bring to life, with subtle bee-inspired elements woven throughout the menu.
