Begin your evening with a complimentary glass of Hidden River Estate Blanc de Blanc before taking your place at our shared long table overlooking the truffle grove and surrounding forest.
Executive Chef Ardal Nigg, Head Chef Yohan Wyld and Sous Chef Cleo Nigg have created a specially curated four-course degustation showcasing the extraordinary flavour and versatility of fresh Southern Forests black truffles, thoughtfully paired with premium local produce. A wine list from Hidden River Estate and Picardy is available on the night, so you can choose the pairing that suits your own taste, and our bar is open throughout the evening for wine, cocktails and other drinks.
